Thomas E. Sagehorn, P.E. started our company in 1974 with a primary business focus of structural and purchase-sale transaction inspections. Today, the EEI, Inc. staff has grown to 13 personnel (including three licensed engineers and a licensed architect) and provides an extensive array of services, including failure analysis investigations and fire house design.
Damon Sagehorn has been actively involved in American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) for many years and was the local chapter president in 2000. Damon is also the chairman elect for the St. Louis Board of Realtor's Affiliate Committee. Larry Curtis holds a National E.I.F.S. inspector certification and is a member of the Exterior Design Institute.
